Michael asks…

best free apps for ipod touch 4g?

what are the best free apps for ipod touch 4g

LoveKnots answers:

Here are some free apps that I have on my iPod Touch 4g:

– Flashlight (comes in handy sometimes! Like when I’m trying to unlock my car in the dark)
– Google Earth
– CamWow (soooo funny! It’s like one of those trick mirrors that make your face look weird, good for a laugh!)
– the Sleepmaker apps (there are 5: waves, rain, streams, storms, wildlife. I like to listen to them at night, very relaxing! You can program it to stay on for how ever long you want it to as well)
– All Recipes (If you like to cook, or are just learning, you’ll love this one! You can choose your meals based on the ingredients you have in your house, and what kind of meal you wanna make. Like breakfast, main course, or dessert, for example)
– TuneIn Radio (this lets you listen to radio stations from all over the world!)
– Virtuoso Piano (kinda self explanatory…you can play the piano :)
– Shazam (have you ever heard a song on the radio and wish you knew what it was or who sang it? With this app, you can find out! It listens for about 10 seconds and then tells you the name of the song, who sings it, what album its from, gives you the option to watch the video, etc. It’s very cool!)
– SoundHound (this one is pretty much exactly like Shazam, except it even recognizes song tunes and humming! It doesn’t really make sense to have both these apps, so if you wanna choose one or the other I’d choose this one!)
– Remote (lets you control your iTunes on your computer…from your iPod!)
– Touch Tennis
– Action Bowling Free
– Deer Hunter Challenge (if you like hunting, like I do :)
– The Sims 3
– Fish Food Frenzy
– Quarters (you have to flick a quarter into a pitcher of beer. Haha. The more you miss, the more “drunk” your player gets and the more difficult it becomes. It’s entertaining!)
– Knots (kinda like Twister…but for your fingers!)
– iCopter (I find this one very challenging, but very addicting!)
– Traffic Master (you have to control a busy intersection and make sure there are no crashes)
– 3D Checkers
– Scrabble Free
– Scene It? Movies 2
– Solitaire (in case you can’t get enough of Solitaire on the computer! LoL)
– 7 Little Words

Enjoy!! :)

Daniel asks…

What is this poem about?

I’m usually good at deciphering poems but what is this about?

The Recipe

You awoke from your sleep
My heart thudding as you suddenly weep
The sudden thoughts crash through my head
As I lay frozen in my bed

You need this to get well
From the past you still dwell
You’re a master at this recipe
First thing you think when your eyes are able to see

Your body craves with delight as such
A hunger striker for a week wouldn’t beg as much
You have now been fed happy and satisfied
I can now hold you without much implied

How do I make a better meal
That the last one you can finally seal
One not found in a glorious field
But something I have perfectly reeled

As you slowly delve from this temptation
I am nervous in anticipation
As you slowly run out of your grocery
I am afraid of what you might do so remorsefully

Choices are made and cycles happen
Your body’s the ship and you it’s captain
Understanding fully is an expensive choice
Something that I will never ever invoice

Even you seducing me to the idea I will not go
Is one of the only things I will say no
I want you to someday use a Euro
To shed you way from this painful sorrow

I gave in several times to one of your other favorite recipes
For hours and hours of delightful talking sprees
A fun night each and every time
Slowly my feelings go sublime

I admit the only reason I like your other recipe
I learn more, talk and be closer to you with glee
Guilt has come I will never want to be the reason
As delightful as your other recipe I will not commit treason

Your original recipe I will help make a new one
You’re tired of this recipe you thought you have won
This is the last time you will make this meal
After all this time it is too real

The thought of this someday being the death of you
Is stronger than feeling the bluest of blue
My love I hope you feel it too
Please think of our little ones someday which will not be few

It’a a form of way about the meaning of life. If you think about it… The poet twists the writing into a genius peice that has knots and turns. It quite fun to figure out actually.

Betty asks…

Husband doesnt speak for days after a fight.?

hi guys.I have been married to a wonderful man for the past 3 years. We love each other but , i find one of his habit to be quite disturbing.
Whenever we have fight, he refuse to talk calmly about the problem.During arguments we both talk talk and talk. After the fight, he refuses to talk it out and prefers to remain pissed off for 15 – 20 days.

I feel frustrated with that kind of environment at home. When things doesnt go his way, he doesnt even call me up for days together. ( in instances when i am staying at
my mom’s place.)I know for sure he is loyal towards me and we have no issues on infidelity.

He feels whether its his mistake or mine, its me who should make the first move and mollify him. I feel otherwise since its he who spits venom in his talks during arguments and i end up crying most of the times.
I am trying to conceive , but have infertility issues.Such fights between me and my husband adds to the stress and i feel miserable. I have mentioned to him earlier about my problem when he behaved similarly in the past.
But i see him behaving in the same offending manner whenever we have fights. ( refusing to talk for days)
How do i get him to change this habit of his ?? Because i know very well , that dragging on to a problem for days together is a recipe for a disturbed relationship.
Thank you

LoveKnots answers:

To be honest with you and I’m not trying to be mean or give bad advice, but if a companion in a marriage is going to act this way, I would NOT dare try to have children with this man, because you don’t want to be permanently tied down forever to a man who has not yet grown up and knows how to solve problems the adult way. He pouts like a big baby and won’t cooperate unless you ALWAYS be the one to apologize and chase after him. That is NOT how a marriage works and i wish you picked up this nasty habit of his before you tied the knot with him because this is a huge red flag.

You ask how do you get him to change? Women always ask this question about their men, but we can never change a person just because we want it. Your husband has to change because he wants to and because he realizes that it’s not benefiting the marriage. I suggest you sit him down and talk to him about it because you can’t always be the bigger person and apologize for something that you BOTH caused. He’s has to apologize for his part as well. As Husband and Wife you both should be team, you both should learn to compromise and yes you will have disagreements. But going 15 to 20 days without talking to you is ridiculous. This man easily holds grudges and doesn’t know how to love. The more you allow yourself to submit to him in THAT way, the longer he’s going to think he can do that, becuase he knows you’ll eventually come forth and do something about it. So why should he change? Maybe it’s you that should change?

I know we’re all perfect, but maybe you should reevaluate who you’re married to. Because how much more are you willing to put up with this? A few more days, weeks, months or another year?
