Love Knots for everyone…

Love Knot

David asks…

Young Love?

I’m 19, and the love of my life is 21. We will be together 5 years this September…now, we are both in college, full-time students, and are, of course, working hard to try and live together and create a life together. We have been through a lot together in the time passed, and we continually grow closer and closer each day.
We really want to get married, and it almost pains us that it may not be possible at this point. We’ve been together a long time and really and whole-heartedly know we are the ones for each other.

Of course, parents have opinions, and it hasn’t exactly been easy. Both of our parents want us to finish college first…but even if we do, I am certain they would not let us get married afterwards because we’d have to get jobs and get a steady income and all that jazz, which would take even more time….so I’m thinking we’d be up to at least 8-10 years of dating…which seems quite ridiculous to me.

My question is…do you think it is possible to tie the knot?

LoveKnots answers:

I know how you feel I was in that same spot!! I have been with my boy for 6 years now but we decided to get married and no worry about what other people say we are in love with each other and want to be with each other. Your parents will get over it you have to do what makes you happy your 19!! Do not let your parents get in between your true love your happiness!! They will be happy for you if not now later!! Just make sure you do finish school!!

Susan asks…

what does it feel like to be in love?

What’s it like? How does it feel? Have you ever been in love?

LoveKnots answers:

I’ve been in love for over 4 years now. My husband and I just tied the knot a few months ago.

1) What’s it like?

Unexplainable. There’s no way to put the emotions I have experienced into words. It’s not as dramatic as a soap opera or movie, but it’s beautiful. It’s what happens to your heart when he comes home from work, drops his coat, looks you in the eyes and says “I just love you.”

2) How does it feel?

It’s like a surge of warmth runs through your blood. It’s a natural high that is wonderfully refreshing. It doesn’t last forever, but it’s great to have.

3) I am in love now. It’s not just about love though. Our relationship is based on respect, trust, honesty, communication, independence, AND love. It’s not just a love-based marriage. We know there are going to be tough times, and we know that we can get through them.

Sandy asks…

They love Clinton ????

The USS William Jefferson Clinton (CVS1) set sail today from its home port of Vancouver , BC.

The ship is the first of its kind in the Navy and is a standing legacy to President Bill Clinton “for his foresight in military budget cuts” and his conduct while president. The ship is constructed nearly entirely from recycled aluminum and is completely solar powered with a top speed of 5 knots. It boasts an arsenal comprised of one (unarmed) F14 Tomcat or one (unarmed) F18 Hornet aircraft which although they cannot be launched or captured on the 100 foot flight deck do form a very menacing presence.

As a standing order there are no firearms allowed on board. The 20 person crew is completely diversified and includes members of all races, creeds, sex, and sexual orientation. This crew, like the crew aboard the USS Jimmy Carter, is specially trained to avoid conflicts and appease any and all enemies of the United States at all costs.

An on board Type One DNC Universal Translator can send out messages of apology in any language to anyone who may find America offensive. The number of apologies are limitless and though some may sound hollow and disingenuous, the Navy advises all apologies will sound very sincere.

The ship’s purpose is not defined so much as a unit of national defense – but instead in times of conflict the USS Clinton has orders to seek refuge in Canada . The ship may be positioned near the Democratic National Party Headquarters for photo-ops and can be used extensively for social experimentation, and whatever other worthless jobs, the ex-commander-in-chief and his wife can think of.

It is largely rumored that the ship will also be the set for the upcoming season of MTV’s “The Real World”.

The ship was renamed and commissioned USS William J Clintion when someone realized the USS Blowfish was already taken!

Jenny asks…

why do you hate/love slipknot?

they are one of my favorite bands and they have tons of fans, but it seems that a lot of people on yahoo hate slipknot. so i just want to know why?? and i also want to know why you maggots love them.

fair enough. but really, those masks are freaking awesome.
ITGUY- the murderdolls!!!! yay!!!

LoveKnots answers:

People hate Slipknot because ignorant “maggots” and people in general run around saying how “heavy” they are, when in fact, they are nu-metal.
It’s very tiring for an old metal head to hear a bunch of idiot children running around with their devil horns, and they’re 666 listening to “People = Shit”
It goes the same for all nu-metal really.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Slipknot. But ever since the release Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses, it’s be a quiet low key type of love. I love them because they’re different. Even as a nu-metal band, they’re a little bit above all their fellow rockers, almost on a different sub-genre. And as unnecessary as everyone find having 9 members is, I think it’s great. They put on amusing shows and have alot of energy. Not to mention Corey Taylor is a brilliant, well-spoken fellow. There’s nothing wrong with loving ‘Knot, just get it in your heads that they aren’t real heavy metal.
